Bathtub Glass Upgrades
Sliding doors, hinged screens, and fixed splash panels replace curtains or dated frames.
Perth Amboy, New Jersey
Space-conscious frameless, sliding, and bathtub glass for Perth Amboy houses, apartments, and bathroom renovation projects.

Use the opening without crowding the room
Perth Amboy’s housing program addresses existing-home rehabilitation, while current city planning also includes new waterfront residential development. Across established houses, apartments, and newer units, the usable bathroom footprint may matter more than the visual size of the shower itself.
Ihor checks how the user enters, where the toilet and vanity sit, whether a tub remains, and how water returns across the sill. Sliding panels can protect floor clearance; a hinged screen may simplify a bathtub; a frameless door and fixed panel may suit a wider completed opening.
Sliding doors, hinged screens, and fixed splash panels replace curtains or dated frames.
Glass moves inside the opening instead of occupying the bathroom floor.
Old panels can be taken away before new glass is installed to final dimensions.

Replacement scope and movement affect price
The estimate should account for access, existing glass, final surfaces, and the new system together.
Photograph the full room, old tracks and panels, tub or curb edge, and any fixture near the entrance. Include the project address and video when the bathroom is difficult to capture in one image.
If removal and disposal are needed, they are included with approved glass, new hardware, delivery, and installation in the final project price.
Plan removal, access, and installation together
Ihor reviews what must leave the room, confirms the finished opening, and installs the new system with its final movement and seals.
Photos establish a free first review and clarify removal needs.
Ihor confirms access, surfaces, and hardware before the contract and 40–50% deposit.
Typical production is 10–12 business days; completion in 5–6 days occasionally occurs but is not guaranteed.
Installations require 1–1.5 hours or 2–3 hours when complex. Do not use the shower for 24 hours.
New shower glass normally receives new hardware rather than reused hinges and channels.
Custom edges are fabricated around recorded finished-wall angles before tempering.
U-channel provides the preferred base for fixed panels; requested clips are evaluated for the actual application.
Correct inward sill pitch aids water control, while low-iron glass, color, and specialty hardware finishes add cost.
Support for installed movement and seals
Coverage applies for one year to approved hardware, silicone, plastic seals and parts, and operating adjustments.
When one panel is broken during the first year, Go Glass pays 50% of the replacement-glass cost for that panel only.
Squeegee remaining water and use a mild cleaner such as Windex. Avoid chlorine-based Clorox products and contact Go Glass promptly about repairs or adjustment.

Yes. Approved removal and disposal are included in the complete project price rather than billed as an unexpected separate service.
Not always. It preserves floor space but needs enough overlap and entry width. A small hinged panel may work when nearby fixtures leave the correct clearance.
New shower glass normally uses new hardware. Old hardware remains only when the same glass is being removed, cleaned, and reinstalled as a true replacement service.
Go Glass uses 3/8-inch and 1/2-inch tempered glass, selected according to the approved panel dimensions and enclosure configuration.
Send photos of the full bathroom and any enclosure that must be removed. Ihor can review access and likely glass movement before final measurement.
